Shipping policy

Once we have received the payment, we work hard to ship your orders within the next 6 to 12 hours.

Orders made before 10am (GMT hours) can be shipped on the same day and orders made after 6pm (GMT hours) are generally shipped on the following day.

However, during busy periods (new product launch days, sale periods or global holidays such as Christmas or New Years) it can take us any time between 12 to 24 hours to ship your orders.
