Can I pay in my local currency? 
Yes, our website allows you to pay in all global currencies!
As we are based in the UK, the default currency is set to 'GBP £'. To change this to YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY, follow the instructions below. 
If you are accessing the website using a computer or an iPad: the top-left of the screen has a drop down 'GBP £' which allows you to select your local currency.

If you are accessing the website using your phone: scroll all the way to the bottom of the website where you can select your local currency
from the drop down 'United Kingdom (GBP £)'.

Shipping

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer the lowest possible international shipping costs (for everyone based outside of the United Kingdom). Shipping charges will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year round to offer you free shipping, so sign up to our emails and stay tuned on our social media channels for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Due to Covid-19, we are expecting delays in shipment. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive within the UK and around 2 weeks for international orders. 
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use smart shipping techniques which allow us to use the shipping carrier who can bring your package the fastest to your individual location. For e.g. if you are a resident of the UK, in most cases, Royal Mail will provide the fastest shipping to your address however for larger packages, DHL may provide faster shipping. We use an algorithm to calculate fastest shipping methods and send your packages accordingly. This also applies for international orders and this is why our delivery times are the best in the market.  
To summarise, we use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout and we'll take care of the rest from there!

Products

Can I return my products?
Returns are easy at MF. 
Please allow us to fix the problem by contacting us on sales@madam-fortune.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. 
In most cases, we are able to resolve issues in 24 to 72 hours to bring you the best Customer Service at Madam Fortune. However, if you are still unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 30 days since the date of purchase with the conditions listed in our Returns Policy.

Can I get my products personalised?
Yes! Some products can be personalised with a message of your choice for a very small charge of £2.50 GBP (and equivalent in other currencies). Send us an email on sales@madam-fortune.com with your requirements and we will take it from there!
